A lifelong dedication to health, discipline, and competitive bodybuilding has defined this journey. At age 24, a major lifestyle shift resulted in losing over 50 pounds in just five months — the catalyst for a long-term commitment to the sport. Today, Bryan serves as CTO for a fitness & training company in Gahanna, Ohio, and has been an active NPC competitor since 2008. Our programs are designed around you — whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, we meet you where you are and push you to where you want to be.
